Real-world case
YSY Agenda: online appointments, end to end
YSY Agenda is our appointment booking platform, built end-to-end and in use at a multi-specialty medical clinic. We show it for the same reason we show the ERP: a working system says more than any promise.
It's also proof that the same method works for very different operations: from a factory with logistics and payroll to a medical clinic with specialties, practitioners and patients.
The problem
Phone-based scheduling doesn't scale
A clinic with several specialties and practitioners working different hours can't run on a phone and a spreadsheet: overlapping appointments, unfilled slots, and a front desk that spends the day coordinating instead of attending.
And a generic calendar isn't enough: it takes a system that understands specialties, practitioners and real availability — and lets each one manage their own part.
The platform
One system, three points of view
Each role sees exactly what it needs:
Patients
Book online against the real availability of each specialty — no calls, no back and forth.
Practitioners
Each practitioner manages their own schedule: working hours, availability and appointments.
The clinic
Manages patients, practitioners and reports from a single admin panel.
The detail that matters
Real availability, not a static grid
The system doesn't publish a fixed grid of time slots: it publishes each practitioner's real openings, based on their effective schedule. When a practitioner changes their availability, what patients see changes with it.
That removes the classic source of double bookings and impossible appointments: the gap between what the paper says and what actually happens at the clinic.
The real system

Personal data of patients and practitioners is blurred for privacy.
Appointments used to mean phone calls, back-and-forth and empty slots. Now my patients book on their own against my real schedule, and I manage it from wherever I am. Double-bookings are a thing of the past.
